Southwood trails is a large 363 unit develoment of semi-detached and townhome building lots on 55 acres of land in South Windsor. It is located at the intersection of North Talbot Road and Sixth Concession. The main feature of the develoment is a large 7 acre park. Valente Development purchased the land, rezoned the property, installed the services, then sold the serviced lots to local home builders.
